55+ Friday Club

Socialize and exercise each week with the 55+ Friday Club. Each program includes stretching and light exercises followed by educational opportunities, games, or activity to stretch the mind as well.
Due to COVID-19, 55+ Friday Club is meeting outdoors under The Commons Pavilion, weather permitting. Must bring own camp chair and wear mask.
